A regular SIM is a physical card that must be inserted into your phone. An eSIM is embedded in your device and can be configured digitally, allowing you to switch plans without swapping cards.
Most eSIM-compatible devices can store multiple eSIM profiles but can only have one active at a time (in addition to a physical SIM). The exact number of stored profiles varies by device.
You must install and configure the eSIM before you travel. Once installed, it will connect automatically when you arrive at your destination.
Ensure you are scanning the QR code in good lighting and that your device camera is clean. If the issue persists, contact support at [email protected] and we will issue a replacement code.
Our plans are data-only. For voice calls, you can use your home SIM or a VoIP application such as WhatsApp or FaceTime over the eSIM data connection.
No minimum purchase is required. You can buy a single short-term plan for a brief trip or a long-term bundle for extended travel.
No. All plans are one-time purchases with a fixed validity period. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals unless you explicitly opt in to a renewal service.
Unused data is forfeited at the end of the validity period. Data does not roll over to a new plan.
eSIM plans are configured for smartphones. Compatibility with tablets and laptops depends on the device and plan type. Contact support to confirm compatibility before purchase.
